No. However I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Superbills are only available to residents of California utilizing psychotherapy services. Coaching is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Yes. Telehealth allows me to work with couples even when they are traveling (together or apart), or living is separate locations.

I reserve a limited number of spots for sliding scale, however these spots fill quickly. If you need a sliding scale, please let me know when you reach out for a consultation.

An AMFT is a pre-licensed therapist, working under supervision. I receive supervision from and work under the license of my supervisor, Fichara O’Sullivan, LMFT. I’ve been a supervised, practicing therapist since 2020, and anticipate licensure late 2025 or early 2026. Registration numbers (mine and my supervisor) can be found in the footer.

Bi-weekly sessions are available on a case-by case basis. I see all new clients on a weekly basis and give scheduling priority to weekly clients.

Yes. I love the diversity of expression and experience in both these realms. I have my own lived experience within the LGBTQ+ umbrella, and in both monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationship structures.
