  • No. However I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

    Superbills are only available to residents of California utilizing psychotherapy services. Coaching is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

  • Yes. Telehealth allows me to work with couples even when they are traveling (together or apart), or living is separate locations.

  • I reserve a limited number of spots for sliding scale, however these spots fill quickly. If you need a sliding scale, please let me know when you reach out for a consultation.

  • An AMFT stands for Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. It means I receive supervision from and work under the license of my supervisor, Fichara O’Sullivan, LMFT. I’ve been a practicing therapist under supervision since 2020, and anticipate licensure by summer 2025. Registration numbers (mine and my supervisor) can be found in the footer.

  • Bi-weekly sessions are available on a case-by case basis. I see all new clients on a weekly basis and give scheduling priority to weekly clients.

  • Yes. I love the diversity of expression and experience in both these realms. I have my own lived experience within the LGBTQ+ umbrella, and in both monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationship structures.

  • Yes. While these things aren’t everything, they certainly color our experience of the world and of each other. I welcome exploring all aspects of identity both within my relationship with you as well as your relationship with others.

  • Yes, I currently work with family members or friends in a dyadic format (two people at a time).
